Company History

Jeyco is an Australian company specialising in the design, supply and rental of quality mooring, towing and marine related equipment. Our products cover a wide range of markets such as Offshore Oil and Gas, Commercial Marine, Aquaculture, Fishing, Defence, Mining and Recreation.

Having recently moved into new, larger premises, in the Bibra Lake industrial area of Western Australia, Jeyco represents some of the world’s finest manufacturers of marine equipment such as, Puget Sound Rope of the USA, makers of the amazing Plasma fiber rope that is stronger than steel and is also the largest supplier of braided ropes to the US Navy, Zheng Mao chains of China who are one of the world’s largest chain makers, manufacturing large diameter, marine and offshore grade chain and fittings. Jeyco has access to a number of global companies producing marine equipment such as Fenders, Navigation Markers, Buoyancy Aids both surface and subsea, and a range of other marine products.

Jeyco is the sole Australian distributor for the spectra fibre PLASMA (HMPE) rope, PLASMA rope is used in a wide range of high load applications, where traditional wire rope or a larger diameter fibre rope would have been used, PLASMA is stronger, lighter, safer (less recoil) and easier to handle.

The Jeyco STINGRAYTM High Performance Anchor, designed in Australia and patented by Jeyco, exhibits holding powers far in excess of traditional anchors and can offer the operator substantial saving in terms of weight, freight and handling costs.

Jeyco has the knowledge, supervisory skills and experience to create and project manage the installation of complete system solutions and undertake long term preventative and routine maintenance of complete systems. Jeyco has its own engineering capacity and is approved under ISO 9001 as a designer of mooring and towing hardware and systems. A select team of experienced personnel with many years of experience in the supply of quality mooring and marine rigging equipment are employed to offer the client assistance in mooring everything from small boats to naval vessels through to the largest offshore systems.
