Darwin Cyclone Mooring Installation

Jeyco has successfully designed, procured and managed the installation activities of 3 x cyclone moorings in Darwin port precinct for Sapura Acergy's barge fleet.

This mooring equipment was prepared, mobilised and installed during a period of 5 weeks in November and early December. The moorings were installed using Work Boats Northern Australia's vessels including works barge, various multicats and the use of 50te BP tugs for the proofloading.

Equipment supplied as part of this project included 8te Stevpris anchors, 76mm SLAC, structural buoys and hawsers.
